Aqueous Chlorine Dioxide (ClO₂) solutions in concentrations from 0 to 2500 ppm are utilized in some of the most demanding sanitation and decontamination environments. Lower to mid-range levels (50–500 ppm) are ideal for high-touch surface disinfection in hospitals, food production areas, and commercial kitchens, offering rapid kill rates for bacteria, viruses, and spores. As concentrations increase (500–1000 ppm), ClO₂ is used in mold and mildew remediation, odor elimination (such as smoke or sewage), and sanitation of HVAC systems and ductwork.
