Credit and Refund Policy for SynergyGreenClean.com

Effective Date: 1 June 2025

SynergyGreenClean.com, a division of Synergy Americas, Inc., is committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our quality control standards. Due to the nature of our products—including cleaning solutions, deodorizing agents, microfiber goods, and sanitizing tools—we enforce a strict credit and refund policy as outlined below:

All Sales Are Final – No Returns

Given the expense of freight, we do not accept returns on any products sold through SynergyGreenClean.com. This policy applies to all items, including:

  • Cleaning and deodorizing products
  • Sanitizing agents
  • Microfiber products
  • Cleaning equipment and tools


Due to health, hygiene, and contamination concerns, all sales are final without exception.

Store Credit Policy (Upon Approval)

Store credit may be issued only with prior approval and only in limited cases, such as:

  • Order fulfillment errors (wrong item sent)
  • Damaged goods received (with photographic proof)
  • Defective equipment (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)


To request store credit:

  1. Email: Send a copy of your original receipt to in**@**************as.com
  2. Include: A description of the issue and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damage)
  3. Timeline: Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of product delivery


Approved credits will be issued as store credit only, redeemable for future purchases on SynergyGreenClean.com. No cash refunds or credit card reversals will be issued under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us at in**@**************as.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs (if applicable)


We will review each case individually and determine whether store credit is warranted.

Unauthorized Returns

Any product(s) returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded, and no store credit will be issued. Unauthorized returns may be discarded without notice.
