Credit terms are only available upon approval and are strictly limited to the following:

• Verified government agencies
• Public & Military entities that do not issue credit cards for procurement

All approved credit accounts will be invoiced under net terms as specified in the written agreement. Unapproved credit-based purchases will not be processed.

5. Order Quotes for Bulk Purchases

Customers interested in placing large or high-volume orders may request a manual quote. To receive a quote:

6. No Returns – Credit Only Policy

As per our Credit and Refund Policy, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted. However, approved cases may be eligible for store credit under the following conditions:

• A receipt is provided
• A request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery
• The issue involves damaged, defective, or incorrect items
