These surfaces may easily cleaned with a mild solution (1/2oz per quart) PROZYM-X™ and a microfiber cloth.
Sub-Surface Odors
Fact: Semi-porous & porous surfaces are prime locations for lingering odors, but even these can be eliminated with PROZYM-X™.
The 'How-To' of Eliminating Surface Odors:
- First, clean the surfaces with PROZYM-X™ and microfiber, then spray on a second application.
- Let this marinate for 3-5 minutes, so it may soak into the pores to find and destroy odor offenders.
Depending on soil load, you may wish to increase to (1oz per quart) PROZYM-X™ and a microfiber cloth.
Odors in Air
Fact: Airborne odors are volatile gases that have been emitted by bacteria. While PROZYM-X™ can be fogged, it works best on solid organic matter and surface odor-causing bacteria. Odors in air may require the use of Envirotab™ or an OdorPros Gel or Granular Kit. These tablets & dry kits emit a gas that seek and destroy airborne VOC's by denaturing the molecules in the air. Yes, PROZYM-X™ is safe for use on any surface safe for water. PROZYM-X™ is a 100% natural, highly concentrated enzyme and surfactant combination that work by allowing the good bacteria to reproduce 10,000 times faster than even found in the great outdoors and contains no harsh solvents, dyes, or other ingredients that might stain your carpets, upholstery, clothing or other fabrics that are odorous.

PROZYM-X™ is a concentrate and requires a vehicle for dilution and dispensing. For this reason, we have created a bottle and labeling system that allows you to identify if your product is mixed to light, medium, or heavy-duty solutions.
PROZYM-X™ will, with the right tool, turn into a clinging foam for use in either light or heavy cleaning use applications. Our foaming pump sprayer will hold a full liter (about 33.7 oz) of solution, and will just a few pumps, deliver a beautiful foam.
