Its primary active functional ingredient is a 1% chitosan solution, a naturally derived biopolymer capable of forming an extremely thin film over textile fibers. Rather than coating fabrics with the heavy, waxy materials commonly associated with conventional softeners, Fabric Shield is designed to leave behind a lightweight protective finish.

Directions

Every-Load Protection

Add 1 fluid ounce of Fabric Shield per standard load.

Pour into the washing machine's fabric-softener dispenser so the product is released during the final rinse.

Use Fabric Shield in place of conventional liquid fabric softener.

For best results, use alongside Simply Clean Clothes.

Do not pour concentrated product directly onto dry fabric.

High-Efficiency Machines

Use 1 oz per normal HE load.

Large or Heavily Loaded Machines
